Meet Isac Da Silva

From Brazil to Massachusetts

My name is Isac Da Silva. I'm originally from Brazil, and today I'm proud to call Massachusetts home. I'm a husband, a proud father of two, a son and a daughter, and the owner of Renew Pro Services Inc., a licensed and insured construction and remodeling company.

My journey hasn't followed a straight path. Before getting into construction, I worked in radio broadcasting, something I've always enjoyed. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work in different fields, meet great people, and learn things that have helped shape who I am today.

Why construction

When I got into construction, I discovered something I genuinely enjoyed. I liked the challenges, the problem-solving, and especially the satisfaction of seeing a project come together. What started as a career eventually turned into something much bigger when I decided to build my own company.

Today, I have over seven years of experience in the construction industry, working on everything from bathroom and kitchen renovations to basement finishing, home additions, and full residential remodeling projects.

How I work

As a General Contractor, I like being involved in every stage of a project. From the first conversation with a homeowner to planning, budgeting, coordinating with architects and subcontractors, and making sure the work gets done right. I'm not someone who just hands a project off and disappears. I like being on-site, staying involved, and finding solutions when challenges come up.

One thing I've learned over the years is that construction is just as much about people as it is about building. When someone hires me to work on their home, they're trusting me with something important to them. I don't take that lightly.

I believe in being straightforward with people, communicating clearly, and treating every home with the same respect I would want someone to show mine. No project is completely free of challenges, but I believe the way you handle those challenges says a lot about who you are.

Family and faith

Outside of work, my family means everything to me. Being a husband and a father to my son and daughter is one of the greatest blessings in my life. My faith and my family keep me grounded and remind me why I work so hard. I want my children to grow up understanding the value of hard work, honesty, and treating people right, not just because I tell them, but because they see me living those values.

I also enjoy learning new things, exploring business opportunities, and finding ways to keep improving both personally and professionally.

What I want to build

I'm proud of what I've built so far, but I know there's still a lot ahead of me. I have goals, plans, and plenty of things I still want to accomplish.

At the end of the day, I don't want to be remembered just for the projects I've completed or the business I've built. I want people to remember that I was someone they could trust, someone who cared about his work, and someone who did his best to do things the right way.

That's the kind of person I try to be, and that's the kind of company I'm working to build every day.
